Integrated Campaign
This could have been a boring project with generic branding, but business doesn’t always have to be so mundane.
For my business school capstone, we had to create a business that had never existed before entirely from the ground up. We had to flush out every tiny detail from financials to branding. I took on the role as the Chief Creative Officer, responsible for our business’ brand identity (creating the name, logo, color scheme) and advertising assets.
Our business, Herd, is a nightlife app that gives users real-time data on where the crowd is using a heat map, what the vibes are, and other insights that enhance people’s nights out. Now they no longer have to waste nights out guessing where to go or going to a place they don’t enjoy. Different from existing review platforms like Yelp or Google Reviews where user testimonies are static, Herd leverages real-time data, giving users more accurate information.

Outdoor guerrilla campaign: Purple sheep will be walked around select college campuses to not only gain publicity for Herd, but also entice people can scan the QR code on the sheep to redeem a voucher in the Herd app that they can spend on their tab at a bar near campus.

Experiential event: A VIP section will be sectioned out specifically for Herd users and sheep will be brought into select college bars and clubs for people to interact with.
